Job summary

M and M Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical is seeking a Journeyman Plumber in Colorado to diagnose and repair residential systems, educate homeowners, and present tiered repair options that fit their budget. The role emphasizes building long-term customer relationships and maximizing earning potential through commissions.

You will work on-site at residential locations, perform repairs, and leverage mobile tools to document estimates and service details.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience with strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven ability to educate homeowners and present Good, Better, Best repair and replacement options.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify additional service opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
• Knowledge of local plumbing and mechanical codes.
• Journeyman plumbing license is a plus.
• Comfortable using tablets and mobile software to complete estimates and service documentation.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by educating homeowners on the condition of their plumbing systems.
• Present Good, Better, Best repair and replacement options that empower customers to choose the solution that best fits their home and budget.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements, upgrades, water quality solutions, fixture replacements, and preventative maintenance.
• Perform repairs in compliance with all local plumbing codes and company quality standards.
• Complete accurate estimates, invoices, and service documentation using mobile technology.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional appearance.
• Participate in ongoing technical and sales training to continually improve your skills and income potential.
• Consistently achieve individual performance, customer satisfaction, and sales goals.
