M and M Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical serves Longmont and surrounding areas in Colorado. We are seeking a Journeyman Plumber who diagnoses and repairs residential systems, educates homeowners, and offers Good/Better/Best options to fit home and budget.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Ability to educate homeowners and present Good, Better, Best repair and replacement options.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes and safety standards.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Educate homeowners on the condition of their plumbing systems to inform decisions.
• Present Good/Better/Best options to fit home and budget.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and preventative maintenance.
• Complete estimates, invoices, and service documentation using mobile tools.
• Maintain a clean, professional vehicle and appearance.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and earnings.
• Meet individual performance, customer satisfaction, and sales goals.
