This role emphasizes consultative selling with uncapped commissions and ongoing training to boost your skills and income potential in the Colorado service area.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Ability to educate homeowners and present Good, Better, Best repair options.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Identify additional service opportunities while keeping a customer-first approach.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes.
• Journeyman plumbing license is a plus.
• Proficient with tablets and mobile software to complete estimates and documentation.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Self-motivated and able to collaborate with team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Educate homeowners on the condition of their plumbing systems.
• Present Good, Better, Best repair and replacement options for informed decisions.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and preventative maintenance.
• Perform repairs in compliance with local codes and company standards.
• Complete estimates, invoices, and service documentation using mobile tech.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and appearance.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve skills and income potential.
• Meet individual performance, customer satisfaction, and sales goals.
