This role emphasizes building long-term customer relationships and uncapped earning potential through commissions, while delivering high workmanship and customer experiences on every service call.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience
• Ability to educate homeowners and present tiered options
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Identify additional service opportunities while keeping a customer-first approach
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes
• Journeyman plumbing license is a plus
• Comfort with tablets/mobile software for estimates and documentation
• Valid driver’s license with clean record

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Educate homeowners on plumbing conditions to deliver a trusted experience.
• Present Good/Better/Best repair options aligned to customers’ homes and budgets.
• Identify system improvement opportunities and water quality solutions.
• Perform repairs in compliance with plumbing codes and company standards.
• Prepare accurate estimates, invoices, and service records using mobile tools.
• Maintain a clean vehicle and professional appearance.
• Participate in ongoing technical and sales training to raise skills and earnings.
• Meet or exceed individual performance, customer satisfaction, and sales goals.
