Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years commercial plumbing experience.
• Must have Level One IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card prior to processing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with the Supervisor of Maintenance and other trades to complete projects and work orders efficiently.
• Inspects facilities, systems and components for safety and necessary repairs.
• Installs system components such as lighting, heating, ventilation, alarms, plumbing, electrical panels.
• Directs maintenance staff to ensure work is completed safely, accurately and timely.
• Performs preventive maintenance to maintain safe operating conditions.
• Maintains tools and equipment in safe operating condition.
