Responsibilities

• Perform journeyman level maintenance and repairs at district facilities, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting and locks.
• Install major equipment and renovate buildings as needed.
• Diagnose and repair electrical equipment such as motors, relays, timers and switches; maintain fire, security and intercom systems.
• Work outdoors and indoors, flex shifts, and lift up to 50 lbs.
