Responsibilities

• Install and service water heaters, piping, valves, drains, fixtures, and plumbing equipment.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide clear, professional recommendations.
• Respond to service calls and emergency repair requests.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Read blueprints and building plans when required.
• Collaborate with HVAC, electrical, insulation, and installation teams on multi-trade projects.
• Maintain documentation of work and materials used.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver a five‑star customer experience on every visit

Requirements

Qualifications

To Be Considered, You’ll Need

• Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber License
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilitiesAbility to lift 50 pounds and safely perform the physical demands of the position
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• EPA Universal Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working alongside HVAC systems or mechanical trades
• Experience with residential service and installation
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
