Endless Energy LLC is seeking a licensed Journeyman Plumber in Massachusetts to join our team. You will diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing, service water heaters and fixtures, and collaborate with HVAC and electrical teams on multi-trade projects.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical demands.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• EPA Universal Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Install and service water heaters, piping, valves, drains, fixtures, and plumbing equipment.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide clear, professional recommendations.
• Respond to service calls and emergency repair requests.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Read blueprints, specifications, and building plans when required.
• Collaborate with HVAC, electrical, insulation, and installation teams on multi-trade projects.
• Maintain documentation of work, materials used, and customer interactions.
• Keep vehicles, equipment, and job sites organized and safe.
• Deliver a five-star customer experience on every visit.

What You'll Do

As a Journeyman Plumber, you'll help homeowners restore and improve the plumbing systems they rely on every day.
