You'll diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems—heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, ductless units, and central air—while delivering clear options and exceptional service to homeowners.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification is required.
• At least 3 years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform daily field duties.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems.
• Service heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, furnaces, boilers, and central air conditioning systems.
• Clearly communicate repair options and recommendations with homeowners.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Maintain clean, accurate service documentation.
• Work safely while following company standards and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with dispatch, installation teams, and office staff to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Annual Earnings: $75,000 - $130,000+

Your compensation may include:

Requirements

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you should have:

• EPA Universal Certification

Preferred Experience

While not required, these qualifications will help you stand out:

• 5 or more years of HVAC experience
• Massachusetts Refrigeration License
• Previous Lead or Senior Service Technician experience
• Additional trade licenses or certifications in plumbing, electrical, or sheet metal
• Consistent record of high performance and customer satisfaction
