Job summary

Endless Energy is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians who want more than just another truck, with a focus on building relationships with homeowners and solving problems. You’ll service heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, ductless systems, and central air while growing your skills.

We offer a competitive compensation range of $75,000-$130,000+ and incentives, plus a company vehicle, year-round steady work, and comprehensive benefits to support your career development.

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Certification.
• At least 3 years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
• Physical ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and perform the daily demands of field service work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Service heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, furnaces, boilers, and central air conditioning systems
• Clearly communicate repair options and recommendations with homeowners
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Maintain clean, accurate service documentation
• Work safely while following company standards and industry best practices
• Collaborate with dispatch, installation teams, and office staff to ensure an outstanding customer experience

To Be Successful In This Position, You Should Have

Preferred Experience

While not required, these qualifications will help you stand out:

• 5 or more years of HVAC experience
• Massachusetts Refrigeration License
• Previous Lead or Senior Service Technician experience
• Additional trade licenses or certifications in plumbing, electrical, or sheet metal
• Consistent record of high performance and customer satisfaction
