Bingham Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a skilled Journeyman Plumber to join our Idaho Falls team and mentor the next generation of apprentices. You will perform high-quality plumbing installations, collaborate with foremen, and ensure projects meet budget and schedule targets.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid journeyman plumber license (Idaho residents preferred or license within 6 months).
• Ability to read blueprints and project documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to mentor and train apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on budget and schedule; attend daily/weekly meetings with foreman/manager; prepare tools and materials; ensure quality workmanship and proactive material requests.
• Maintain customer service and tidy, safe jobsite; refer changes to foreman as needed.
• Maintain an active license and participate in company training programs.
• Mentor and train plumbing apprentices, guiding them through company procedures.
