Job summary

Bingham Mechanical, Inc. is seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman / Project Foreman to lead the onsite execution of plumbing projects from start to finish in Idaho Falls and surrounding areas.

Ideal candidate is a licensed Journeyman Plumber with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and mentors apprentices while ensuring safety, quality, and on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Active Journeyman Plumbing License (required).
• Proven experience leading plumbing crews on commercial or residential construction projects.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and coordinate materials and manpower.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and documentation processes.
• Ability to mentor and develop apprentices and journeyman plumbers.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite execution of plumbing projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, field crews, and General Contractors to ensure safety, schedule, and budget.
• Mentor journeyman plumbers and apprentices to develop skills.
• Maintain high workmanship standards and coordinate materials and manpower.
