ReClaim Restoration and Plumbing is seeking a seasoned Journeyman or Master Plumber ready to lead and grow within a restoration-focused environment in Houston. You will bridge hands-on plumbing expertise with project leadership, driving complex repairs and installations while mentoring teams to advance toward Master Plumber status.

The role emphasizes collaboration with restoration project managers, ensuring code-compliant work from mitigation through reconstruction.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license issued by the State Plumbing Board of Texas.
• Proven residential or commercial plumbing experience; restoration industry a plus.
• Desire to move into leadership, project management, or division oversight.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex plumbing repairs and installations within a restoration environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead & Execute: Oversee complex plumbing repairs and installations within a restoration environment (water damage, slab leaks, re-pipes).
• Strategic Growth: Assist in scaling our plumbing division. For Journeymen, we provide the mentorship and environment necessary to achieve your Master Plumber status.
• Project Synergy: Work alongside our restoration project managers to ensure seamless transitions from mitigation to reconstruction.
• Code Compliance: Ensure all work meets Texas state plumbing codes and local municipal requirements.

Requirements

• Licensure: Must hold a valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License issued by the State Plumbing Board of Texas.
• Experience: Proven track record in residential or commercial plumbing. Experience in the restoration industry (insurance claims, water mitigation context) is a massive plus.
• Drive: A desire to move into leadership, project management, or division oversight.
• Reliability: Clean driving record and the ability to pass a criminal background check.
