Job summary

ReClaim Restoration in Houston seeks a Journeyman plumber ready to move into leadership within a fast-growing plumbing and restoration firm. You will bridge technical expertise with project management, mentoring junior plumbers and driving the division forward.

Lead complex repairs in a restoration setting, coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth transitions from mitigation to reconstruction, and ensure compliance with Texas codes on every job.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License issued by the State Plumbing Board of Texas.
• Experience in residential or commercial plumbing; restoration or water mitigation experience a plus.
• Desire to move into leadership, project management, or division oversight.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Code Compliance: Ensure all work meets Texas state plumbing codes and local municipal requirements.

Requirements

• Licensure: Must hold a valid Journeyman or Master Plumber License issued by the State Plumbing Board of Texas.
• Experience: Proven track record in residential or commercial plumbing. Experience in the restoration industry (insurance claims, water mitigation context) is a massive plus.
• Drive: A desire to move into leadership, project management, or division oversight.
• Reliability: Clean driving record and the ability to pass a criminal background check.
