The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and meticulous, with a focus on accountability, integrity, and goal achievement. Ability to dispatch from home is a plus and safety is prioritized.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Plumber license.
• Proficiency in plumbing techniques and systems.
• Experience with construction plumbing.
• Competence in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and work on construction sites.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Reports for duty on time, ready to work at assigned location.
• Responds to service requests and follows company processes for invoicing.
• Safely uses tools and equipment and follows management directions.
• Diagnoses plumbing problems and determines repair or replacement strategies.
• Works alone or with a team to complete repairs timely and safely.
• Communicates status and strategy with clients and management.
