Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a skilled Pipefitter to install and align piping systems for industrial projects in the United States. The role involves reading blueprints, applying plumbing codes, and working with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure quality results.

The candidate must be physically able to climb, work in confined spaces, and lift heavy objects, with a flexible schedule including overtime and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Strong technical experience and ability to read blueprints, applying plumbing codes and math.
• Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
• Excellent communication with clients, engineers, and partners.
• Must read and write in English.
• Physically able to perform pipefitting tasks, climb, work in confined spaces, lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Cut pipes using handheld and power tools such as hammer, chisel, pipe cutter, and cutting torch.
• Assemble and install tubes, fittings and non-metallic attachments; join pipes using threads, soldering, brazing, or cemented connections.
• Inspect pipe systems and machinery; operate material movement equipment to lift pipes and equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, programmers, planners, project managers, and customers for best project outcomes.
• Follow NFPA 70E safety procedures; participate in toolbox talks, safety audits, and related safety tasks.
• Identify unsafe acts or conditions and report promptly.
• Mentor less-experienced staff; contribute to a cohesive team.
• Perform other duties with strong craftsmanship and work ethic.
