Responsibilities

• Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related equipment.
• Cut, thread, and hammer pipe to specifications.
• Attach pipes to walls and fixtures using brackets, clamps, or welding.
• Plan pipe system layout according to specifications.
• Operate valves and pumps to regulate systems.
• Inspect sites for obstructions and ensure structural integrity.
• Dip nonferrous piping materials in molten tin/lead coating.
