Responsibilities

• Cut, thread, and hammer pipe to specifications using saws and pipe tools.
• Attach pipes to walls, structures and fixtures with brackets and clamps.
• Measure and mark pipes for cutting and threading.
• Plan pipe system layout, installation or repair per specs.
• Install automatic controls to regulate pipe systems.
• Operate pumps to remove water from flooded areas.
• Inspect sites to ensure no obstructions or weaknesses.
