Austin Industrial is seeking a Pipefitter for our Freeport, TX location to install and maintain pipe systems for industrial production and processing facilities. The role requires 3–5 years of Journeyman level experience and certifications NCCER, TWIC and a valid DL.

This on-site position involves layout, assembly, and maintenance of piping, with responsibilities spanning from pipe cutting to system controls installation. Austin Industrial is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Formación

• 3–5 years of Journeyman level pipefitting experience.
• Certifications: NCCER, TWIC and valid Driver's License (DL).
• TWIC Card required.

Responsabilidades

• Cut, thread, and hammer pipe to specifications using saws and pipe threaders.
• Attach pipes to walls and fixtures using brackets, clamps, or welding equipment.
• Measure and mark pipes for cutting and threading.
• Plan pipe system layout, installation, or repair per specifications.
• Select pipe sizes and materials according to specs.
• Inspect work sites for obstructions and structural integrity.
• Install and maintain pipe systems and controls.
