Job summary

Weyerhaeuser's Grayling, MI facility is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to support Operations and lead preventive maintenance. The role requires hands-on experience across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, with willingness to respond promptly to mill needs in a safety-first environment.

You will work on a rotating shift as part of a self-directed team, cross-training in multiple maintenance areas and using CMMS to manage work orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.
• Proficient in electrical, electronics, PLC, hydraulics, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support to Operations and lead preventive maintenance.
• Cross-train in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic areas.
• Utilize computerized maintenance management system to schedule work orders.
• Participate in safety-first culture and continuous improvement.
