Job summary

You will perform highly skilled mechanical maintenance, install equipment, repair motors, pneumatic, hydraulic and conveyor systems, and analyze breakdowns to restore operations.

You must have a HS diploma or GED, prefer 2 years maintenance experience, be proficient with hand and power tools and precision measurement, and be able to work independently or in a team,

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED completed.
• Prefer 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and precision instruments.
• Experienced with pneumatic, hydraulic and conveyor systems.
• Strong root cause analysis skills.
• Solid mechanical maintenance capabilities.
• Steady documented work history.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Good communication and team orientation.
• Willing to work any shift including weekends/holidays.
• Able to pass post-offer background check, physical, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Performs highly skilled mechanical maintenance including installation.
• Repairs and maintains machinery and equipment (motors, pneumatic, hydraulic, conveyors).
• Analyze causes of breakdowns and determine repair actions.
• Carry out maintenance to return equipment to operating condition.
• Lubricate, clean parts, plan maintenance, layout work and weld as required.
• Follow safety lockout procedures and maintain clean work environment.
