Job summary

Leggett Dynamics is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Multi-craft) to oversee and perform day-to-day maintenance on production lines and facilities, ensuring equipment, systems, and building infrastructure run safely and efficiently. The role requires troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues and performing preventive maintenance with limited supervision.

You must have a high school diploma or GED (trade certification preferred), basic computer skills, 2–4 years

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical or trade school certification preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computer usage and maintenance work management systems.
• Prefer at least 2-4 years of working experience in industrial manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA standards, and company maintenance procedures.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues with the equipment.
• Perform and oversee routine maintenance, including inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs with limited supervision.
• Execute corrective maintenance on machinery, production equipment, and building components as needed.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, service logs, and equipment performance.
• Conform with the environmental policy and procedures and with the requirements of the environmental management system.
