Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Licensed HVAC Mobile Technician to maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems across multiple client sites in the Havre and Kalispell region.

The role requires a Montana HVAC Journeyman license, 4+ years' experience, driving between sites, and the use of Corrigo CMMS to document work. Overtime is required to support uninterrupted operations.

Qualifications

• Active Montana HVAC Journeyman License (current).
• High school diploma or GED.
• 4+ years building engineering with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems.
• Valid Montana driver's license with clean driving record; travel among sites.
• Proficiency with power and hand tools.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all HVAC systems and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to work orders.
• Conduct facility inspections and document conditions.
• Maintain piping, valves, pumps, and water/steam systems.
• Utilize CMMS (Corrigo) to document work and update status.
• Travel between client sites in Kalispell region.
• Collaborate with teams and escalate issues as needed.
• Adhere to safety procedures and housekeeping.
