Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Hold a journey-level millwright card or 5+ years of journey-level experience.
• Experience troubleshooting hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Experience with fabrication, torch cutting and arc welding.
• Reading blueprints and precision measurements.
• Experience with precision installation and alignment.
• Troubleshooting bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, conveyors, rollers, pulleys and shafts.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain and install equipment in compliance with plant policies.
• Perform periodic maintenance to identify defects and prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with operations to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.
• Troubleshoot and repair motors, conveyors, gearboxes and related equipment.
• Read diagrams, manuals and specifications for installations.
• Adhere to safety and environmental guidelines and participate in safety programs.
• Support production goals via a quality maintenance program.
