Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install equipment per plant policies.
- Perform preventive maintenance to identify and fix defects before downtime.
- Collaborate with operations to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.
- Troubleshoot and repair motors, pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, and line equipment.
- Read diagrams, manuals, and specs for installations.
- Adhere to safety/environmental guidelines and programs.
- Contribute to meeting production, waste, and quality goals.
