NORPAC is seeking a Maintenance/M&E technician in Longview, WA. Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot industrial equipment as part of a maintenance team.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks including lubrication, filter changes, and belt adjustments.
• Assist journey-level mechanics in part replacement and equipment diagnostics.
• Follow safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures.
• Keep work areas and tools organized.
