Qualifications

• Holding a journey-level millwright card or 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics troubleshooting.
• Ability to read blueprints and precision measurements.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install equipment per plant policies.
• Perform periodic maintenance to prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with operations to identify needs.
• Repair machinery including motors, conveyors, and hydraulic/pneumatic components.
• Read diagrams and manuals for installations.
• Follow safety and environmental guidelines and participate in safety programs.
• Support meeting production, waste and quality goals.
