Qualifikationen

• State-certified Journeyperson Machine Repair Card or completion of a recognized Machine Repair Apprenticeship Program.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred in forging, metal forming, steel processing, automotive manufacturing, or heavy industrial environments.
• Proficiency in mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding and fabrication, machine shop practices, precision alignment, blueprint and schematic interpretation, and industrial troubleshooting.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, rebuild, and maintain forging production equipment and support systems.
• Install, remove, align, level, and commission production machinery and equipment.
• Dismantle machinery to diagnose equipment failures and perform major repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and corrective maintenance on assigned equipment.
