Job summary

Entergy Arkansas, LLC is seeking an Apprentice 4th Year to advance toward Journeyman Lineman. This onsite role supports construction, maintenance and emergency response for OH/UG facilities up to 15KV, with up to 25% travel.

Candidates must live within 20 miles of the Little Rock location, be able to work long hours, perform physically demanding tasks, and follow safety rules. Pre-employment fitness for duty required.

Qualifications

• Must be physically able to perform essential functions in all weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and ability to take and follow directives with limited supervision.
• Willingness to work irregular hours and travel up to 25% as required.
• Demonstrated linework experience and safety-conscious approach.

Responsibilities

• Install, remove and maintain OH/UG line facilities and services.
• Install transformers, regulatory equipment and caps.
• Operate bucket trucks and heavy equipment; read plans and sketches.
• Drive and work on various trucks; respond to emergencies and on-call duties.
