Job summary

LPR Construction, Inc. is seeking a Journeyman Ironworker to perform structural steel erection on our Texas-based projects. You will read blueprints, position and bolt members, and coordinate with crane operators to ensure safe, timely assembly.

The role involves welding 3G/4G, rigging, hoisting beams, and field fabrication in varying sites. You will follow strict safety protocols and contribute to high‑quality, code-compliant construction.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Ironworker with blueprints; follow supervisor instructions.
• Ability to weld 3G and 4G safely.
• Experience with rigging and hoisting structural-steel.
• Proficient in field fabrication and assembly per blueprints.
• Commitment to safety PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Perform bolt-up assembly to blueprint specifications.
• Weld structural components 3G/4G as directed.
• Rig and hoist steel beams with cranes.
• Install and secure stairs, handrails, and girders.
• Work on girders, platforms, and long spans as required.
