Your Role as a Journeyman Ironworker

This isn't just steelwork. It's craftsmanship, safety, and teamwork rolled into one.

  • Build with Precision: Install beams, columns, stairs, and railings that match the blueprints. Use bolts, welds, and tools to execute the job with precision.
  • Work Safe Daily: Follow OSHA rules, wear your PPE, and keep the site safe for everyone.
  • Follow the Plans: Read blueprints and layout drawings to ensure everything goes exactly where it should.
  • Weld, Cut, and Bolt: Use the right tools and certified techniques to ensure a clean and strong job. Quality product delivered on time.
  • Lead and Teach: Support the crew by mentoring apprentices and sharing what you know. You'll help the team grow stronger every day.
Who We're Looking For

Please apply if you:

  • Have 3 to 5 years of structural and/or miscellaneous steel erection experience.
  • Possess a strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and structural drawings.
  • Skilled with cranes, rigging, welding, bolting, and other core ironworking operations.
  • Embrace safety as a top priority, always adhering to OSHA construction safety standards.
  • Are eager to mentor and support a team, demonstrating leadership and professionalism on the job site.
  • Enjoy working in a challenging but rewarding environment that values precision, dependability, and teamwork.
