Your Role as a Journeyman Ironworker

• Build with Precision: Install beams, columns, stairs, and railings according to blueprints using bolts, welds, and tools.
• Work Safe Daily: Follow OSHA rules, wear PPE, and maintain a safe site.
• Follow the Plans: Read blueprints and layout drawings accurately.
• Weld, Cut, and Bolt: Use certified techniques to ensure quality and strength.
• Lead and Teach: Mentor apprentices and support team growth.

Who We're Looking For

• 3 to 5 years of steel erection experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and structural drawings.
• Skilled with cranes, rigging, welding, and bolting.
• Strong safety adherence per OSHA standards.
• Leadership and mentorship skills.
• Enjoy working in a challenging, team-oriented environment.
