Job summary

American National Insulation is seeking a Journeyman to install insulation, plaster, sealer, and spray materials per blueprints and project specs. You will read blueprints, measure and cut materials, and use a variety of tools while maintaining safety at all times.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing and working on job sites located around Sumner, WA, with local travel as needed. A valid driver’s license is required if driving company vehicles.

Qualifications

• Understand blueprints and sketches.
• Measure, shape, and cut materials to specified measurements.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted and perform ladder work.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation products as per job/site requirements.
• Review daily work schedule and ensure truck is loaded with products, tools and equipment.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections and unload materials.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns and maintain a clean work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned per CBAs.
