Job summary

American National Insulation, Inc. is seeking a Journeyman to apply insulation, spray and sealant products on construction sites. You will read blueprints, measure, cut and fit materials to precise dimensions while maintaining high workmanship and safety standards.

This is a local, on-site role with daily travel to job sites. You must be at least 18, have a valid driver's license, and understand the job is safety-sensitive with compensation disclosed and variable by market data.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age and a valid drivers license.
• This is a safety-sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• As a Journeyman, practice insulation best practices and train helpers.
• Install products per applicable collective bargaining or project labor agreements.
• Understand blueprints and sketches.
• Measure, shape, and cut materials to specified measurements.
• Insulate, spray, plaster, trowel, seal and fit materials.
• Review daily schedule and ensure truck is loaded with products, tools and equipment.
• Complete vehicle safety and job site inspections.
• Safely unload and stage material at job site.
• Report safety, customer or quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean work area at all times.
• Any other duty per CBAs.
