Job summary

Sylvania in Lancaster County is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform a variety of repairs and services including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing. The role requires a High School Diploma and EPA Certification, along with at least 5 years of commercial HVAC experience.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary between $26.27 and $36.77 per hour, as well as excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, and retirement plan participation.

Job description

Performs maintenance and repairs as needed to the refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems as well as general repairs to building components and contents.

Location: District wide- Maintenance Shop
