Hauser Heating & Air Conditioning, part of ARS, is actively seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician for Cincinnati, Florence, Erlanger and surrounding areas. Earn $130,000+ per year with potential bonuses in a full-time, year-round role.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of residential HVAC experience preferred.
• Must have a KY Journeyman HVAC License.
• EPA Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs.
• Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes.
• Work with the support of experienced leadership and ongoing technical training.
• Maintain accurate service records and follow safety standards.
