ARS-Rescue Rooter in Tennessee is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician. The role offers full-time, year-round work with payroll at $20-35 per hour and earning potential of $130,000+ per year based on performance.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while delivering outstanding customer service. Benefits include insurance after 31 days, low-cost medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, 401(k) with company match, 13 PTO days plus 8 holidays, a take-home company

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification (or ability to obtain).

• Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
