Job summary

J&J Worldwide Services is seeking a Journeyman HVAC/R mechanical technician for a military environment. You will perform repairs and preventive maintenance on a wide range of HVAC/R equipment and must follow all codes and safety practices.

The role requires a Maryland/VA/DC HVAC Journeyman license, Universal CFC certification, English literacy, blueprint reading, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. A background check and potential security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Maryland, Virginia, or DC HVAC Journeyman License.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Universal CFC Certification.
• OSHA 10 Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, maintain and install commercial and industrial HVAC/R equipment and components at a Journeyman level.
• Perform duties in a safe and secure manner.
• Other work-related duties as assigned.
