Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience as an electrician.
• Knowledge of electrical principles and the use of electrical measuring instruments.
• High school diploma or equivalent; MA journeyman license.
• Prints and wiring diagrams knowledge applied to routine electrical installations and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Receive assignments from the electrician manager and perform routine tasks under minimal supervision.
• Follow instructions and specifics according to prints or diagrams.
• Complete work orders submitted to the secretary by 8:00 a.m. the following day.
• Install electrical equipment, wiring, and machinery with 95% accuracy.
• Test circuits after repairs to ensure correct operation.
• Work with a helper when needed and supervise/train the helper on safety procedures.
