Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred in Electrical Technology, Facilities Maintenance, or related field.
• Michigan Journeyman Electrician License required; license held 3+ years preferred.
• Minimum 3 years electrical maintenance experience; 5+ years healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventive maintenance on electrical distribution systems and related equipment across the hospital.
• Ensure electrical systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory and licensing requirements.
• Read and follow technical manuals, drawings and written instructions; document work clearly and accurately.
• Collaborate with teams and prioritize tasks; work independently when needed.
