This role emphasizes hands-on work, strong problem solving, and customer interaction to maximize equipment uptime. The candidate should have 5+ years of diesel equipment experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience diagnosing and repairing all brands of heavy diesel equipment.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Self-motivation and ability to work under little supervision.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• As a Journeyman Field Technician / Mechanic, you will work on construction and forestry equipment at customer locations to ensure that their equipment is running in peak form and maximizing uptime.
• Being a journeyman, we will count on you when a tough job needs to get done.
• Travel in a fully loaded service vehicle, perform top-notch work, interact with customers, and ensure they can count on you to get the job done right.
