Job summary

Pape’ Machinery, the premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a Journeyman Field Technician to join their Kona, HI team. You will travel to customer sites to diagnose and repair heavy diesel equipment, ensuring peak performance and maximizing uptime.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience diagnosing and repairing heavy diesel equipment.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred.
• Must provide own tools.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair all brands of heavy diesel equipment at customer sites.
• Travel to customer locations in a fully equipped service vehicle to maximize uptime.
• Interact with customers and provide clear, professional communications.
