The role emphasizes hands-on diagnostics, timely repairs, team collaboration, and ongoing training within a long-standing, family-owned company with a broad West Coast footprint.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of heavy equipment.
• Must provide own tools for diagnostics and repair tasks.
• Ability to operate a lift truck and other heavy equipment; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Repair construction and forestry equipment in the shop to maximize uptime.
• Perform diagnostics and repairs accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with a team of technicians to complete tough jobs.
