Job summary

ACE Consulting Group is seeking a Journeyman Engineer to support our Patuxent River, MD customer with Foreign Military Sales casework. You will assist Case Managers, Program Managers and Team Leads in analyzing and managing FMS casework in accordance with ITAR, SAMM and DoD guidance.

The role involves coordinating meetings, processing RFTs and memos, and tracking action items across the Security Cooperation team. Travel is required (CONUS/OCONUS) as needed.

Qualifications

• Three (3) to ten (10) years of relevant experience in engineering or STEM.
• Journeyman level responsibilities under supervision of a senior engineer.
• Secret clearance required; clearance obtainable after assignment is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support SAR Board meetings and ICWG actions.
• Process and format RFTs and Engineering Memos for the engineering team.
• Maintain trackers (TER, RFT, test integration) and document action closures.
• Support hazard management by coordinating responses and documenting resolutions.
• Perform other duties as required to support the Security Cooperation team.
