Job summary

Inframark in Tomball, Texas, seeks a Journeyman Electrician to inspect, maintain and repair equipment across our municipal water facilities. A valid Journeyman license and a Texas driver’s license are required, with the ability to work independently and on-call shifts, including weekends.

Expect advanced electrical troubleshooting, wiring, and preventive maintenance. You’ll use a CMMS system and MS Office, keeping precise records and collaborating with teams to ensure safe, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Journeyman license required for electrical work.
• Proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs sophisticated electrical troubleshooting and repairs including wiring single/three phase motors.
• Prepares maintenance schedules for equipment, vehicles and facilities.
• Cleans and maintenance tools and equipment.
• Maintains files and records of work orders and task completion.
• Performs auto dialer installation and other installation, preventive, maintenance and repair activities on electrical components.
• Willing to work all shifts, including weekends, holidays, evenings and 24-hour emergency on call.
