The candidate will work from various elevated platforms, perform terminations up to 600 volts, and supervise helpers while maintaining safety standards on busy job sites.

Qualifications

• Must complete Accredited Apprenticeship Program or have six years of on-the-job electrical experience.
• Journeyman license required where applicable.
• High School graduate or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reports to assigned job site location on time.
• Maintains and properly stores tools, materials, and equipment.
• Organizes materials and tools to keep work area neat and safe.
• Dig trenches using hand tools or equipment as necessary.
• Mounts and installs conduit, wires, and hardware as directed.
• Identifies wire colors accurately and terminates cables.
• Interprets electrical drawings and terminates cables per schematics.
• Performs routine safety inspections and documents findings.
• Directs and trains Helpers and Apprentices in safe work practices.
• Works safely with limited supervision.
