Role Overview

The Electrical Journeyman is responsible for installing high-quality electrical systems and enhancing the company's effectiveness and efficiency. The role reports directly to the field foreman.

Key Responsibilities

• Train apprentices to develop their skills
• Work on diverse projects such as data centers, water plants, casinos, high-rise residential/commercial buildings, pharmaceutical facilities, and more
• Maintain safety standards and work with industry-leading equipment
• Plan and organize tasks, use formulas for pipe fill, device and panel sizing, and manage materials
• Uphold company values and foster positive relationships

Minimum Requirements

• At least 4 years of documented experience in electrical commercial or industrial construction
• Ability to supervise a team of up to 6 employees
• Strong understanding of the electrical industry
• Team-oriented with leadership skills and a commitment to quality
• Motivated for ongoing education and professional growth
• Willing to travel within a 50-mile radius
