Job summary

Wheco Controls, the industrial controls and electrical division of Azuria Water Solutions, seeks a Journeyman Electrician to lead installation of MCCs, VFDs, control panels and power wiring on water infrastructure projects across the region.

You will measure, cut, bend EMT conduit, pull wire, read blueprints, and ensure NEC compliance while mentoring small field crews.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician License (required).
• 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience.
• Experience with MCCs, VFDs, and industrial control systems.
• Solid NEC knowledge and safe work practices.
• PLC familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation of MCCs, VFDs, control panels, and power wiring.
• Measure, cut, bend, and install EMT conduit — proficiently and efficiently.
• Pull wire, make terminations, set panels, receptacles, lighting, and fixtures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in commercial and industrial settings.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and safety standards.
• Mentor and lead small field crews as needed.

WHAT YOU'LL EARN

$32–$47/hr depending on experience

WHAT YOU'LL DO
