Energy Transfer is seeking an Electrical Technician to support pipeline and terminal operations in Marcus Hook, PA. The role focuses on electrical equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, with an emphasis on safety and compliance.

The technician will work with supervision but also independently, occasionally coordinating with other technicians and contractors to ensure reliable operations and timely repairs in field locations, including 24-hour emergency readiness.

Competenze

• Associate's degree in electrical / electronics or equivalent with 2–5 years of pipeline electrical maintenance experience.
• Journeyman or Journeyman Class Electrician qualified to work on 13,200 volt and below substation equipment.
• Familiar with PLCs, ladder logic, motor control circuitry, VFDs, and protective relays.
• Ability to prepare work scopes and provide field expertise on equipment repairs and selection.
• Able to work alone outdoors in extreme weather and perform heavy physical labor.

• Interpret test results and recommend corrective actions for major electrical equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, installations, and overhaul of equipment; log safety checks per regulations.
• Diagnose and repair problems; restore equipment and facilities to proper operation.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and order parts as needed.
• Use safety equipment and comply with industry standards and drawings.
• Be available for 24-hour emergency call-outs; coordinate with other technicians.
