Qualifications

• Three years of verifiable roofing experience.
• Two years as a journey-level carpenter.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform measurements.
• Must pass roofing seminar within 90 days of hire and have a valid driver\'s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry duties to maintain woodwork, doors, floors, and trim.
• Inspect and repair commercial roofing systems and identify water intrusion.
• Read blueprints and layout work from instructions.
• Identify, modify, and repair metal components and flashing.
• Maintain safety standards and wear appropriate PPE.
